The Yeti and the Rookie Squad just arrived in Avoriaz, France, for the 3Star Slopestyle "Protest French Fries Rookie Fest", one of the new event of the World Rookie Tour 2012.
Avoriaz is an amazing resort with an high quality snowpark and sorrounded by beautiful mountains. It is also a highly ecological resort, in fact no car can enter. This brought a little bit extra work for the event crew as they needed to bring their luggage from the parking area to the flats by chariots ... such a nice training!
With 52 riders on the starting list, coming from Switzerland, Sweden, France, Spain, Netherland, United Kingdom, Belgium and a Chilean delegation, this event will assign 12 spots for the end of season "Protest World Rookie Finals" where the male and female rookie champions 2012 will be crowned.
