Hmmm I don't know how I feel about this one. Why doesn't the driver get out of the car? Easily the first thing you'd do if you'd hit someone!

Idiot ! If you ever have to do those thing, you have to check for cars. Have a couple of friends stopping trafic on the street. But it looks like something framed up with that car driver, who never get out of the car...
idiot, my opinion.
