I'm not quite sure about HOW they did it, but it is definitely fake.
1: The "slope" they are riding down turns into a vertical drop 4 stories above ground. That would make somewhere between 10 and 15m, which means they would be falling with AT LEAST 40km/h, not counting the speed they already have. Looking at the landing, they are NOT going that fast.
2: The "slope" is also angled at about 50-60°. So, riding down it, and then falling 10-15m vertically, they would hit the ground at somewhere close to vertically, which they don't.
